pop up ads from msn

Lately, MSN has been sending many, many ads that my pop-up blocker do not
catch. It is most annoying, as they take over other programs that I am
working.
I'm forced to post this message or pay $35 to send an e-mail to
MSN, which clearly is not worth it.
STOP IT, MSN ! ! ! !
