Always ask before opening this type of file.

Ok. Some how is accidentally unchecked the "Always ask before opening this
type of file" box on the Save/open box. Now everytime I try to SAVE the file
it only opens it. I have tried to use the windows explorer - tools - folder
options thing but that does not seem to work. This seems like it should be
easy to fix, but there are no clear instructions any where. I want to be
able to click save or open again. My Choice.

Hi,
You have to set this option for each file type and the route to Folder
options> File types will be slightly different, depending on your OS:

From Windows Explorer> View> Folder options> File types
OR Tools> Folder options> File types
OR Ctrl Panel> Folder options then File Types. Select [file type]> Advanced.
Put a check by "Confirm open after download."
You should then get the "Open or Save" dialog for each download.
