After I read messages they disappear from my inbox, how do I make.

When I read a message and then close it, it disappears from my inbox. How do
I set it so that they stay in my inbox? I have searched and searched and cant
figure it out?

You most likely have a view set to hide read messages. Take a peek under
the View | Current View or View > Arrange By > Current View to see if that
is the case.
