After Exchange 2003 migration, not all mailbox fields are availab

After migrating from Exchange 5.5 to 2003, some of the fields in migrated
mailbox properties are not available. For example, admin field and additional
phone contacts.

Any idea if/how it is possible to edit/add to such fields?
