Access Denied when using "From" another mailbox

I use Microsoft Office 2003 on a Microsoft Exchange 2003 server. Until today
when I logged into another mailbox, I could send as a variety of other
accounts. I would use the "From" field in mail and put the display name of
another Outlook account in the from. NOw when I click send, it says I don't
have permission to send as that user. This happens even if my own name is in
the From field. None of my permissions changed, it just changed after I
logged into another mailbox on the server. My original account was migrated
from Exchange 5.5. Please help as I have to send mail from multiple
mailboxes and do not want to login to each of them.

Thanks

The new account doesn't have permission to the other mailboxes.

This is not a new account. It was migrated to Exchange 2003 over a year ago.
The only thing I did differently before having this problem was to login to
a new mailbox. I cannot even have my own name in the from field without
getting a permission problem!!!
