after driver update

I recently just installed 2 driver updates fromwindows
webite. after restarting my laptop, the start-up windows,
icons on desktop and all applications all surprisingly
LARGE. So big that I can't see all icons on my desktop.
WHat happened and how do I fix?

One of the driver "updates" was for a video adapter. And it might not be
the correct one! Try right clicking the desktop, select Properties,
select Settings, and then move the slider to the right and apply. if
that doesn't work you will need to replace the incorrect "update" driver
with the correct one, either from the CD that came with the system of
going to the Manufacturers web site and downloading the correct one and
installing it.

I have had the same problem, does anyone know how to fix??

If I try to go to display settings I get a dump of memory
error??
