Try This :

Goto Start Menu > c:\drive > Program Files > Then open the 'Cas' folder if
its listed > next open the Client folder inside and double click
uninstall.exe if it exist

Then Open Microsoft Antispyware and goto Advanced Tools then to System
Explorer's , Click StartUp Programs and in the 'Registry Current User Run'
area check for this entry:

"CAS Client" = "%ProgramFiles%\Cas\Client\casclient.exe"

If found then left click and from the bottom right choose "Permanently
Remove startup program' then click ok

Reboot the pc then look for this folder :

C:\Program Files\Cas <-- Remove this folder if it exists

Goto Start Menu then Run and type

cleanmgr

Press Enter then place checks next to temporary files and recycyle bin and
press OK

Let us know if you cannot find the files.

If you have the Cas folder then check for a folder called CasStub also in
the program files area and remove if found, The only other place for files is
the installer which is in a temp folder but cleanmgr will remove that or use
Ccleaner if you have it installed, If you cannot find the files or folders
then try using Ewido Security Suite to get the name of whats on your system

Did you check for the entry in add or remove programs? They state that
there should be one, and that it should work. It is definitely wise to be
skeptical about such an unstall app. I would minimally submit it for
scanning at virusscan.jotti.org or www.virustotal.com before considering
using it.
