Problem

I downloaded Windows AntiSpyware Beta and ran the scan.
It found 3 items to delete.

Then ran Norton Internet Security scan and it found Adware
Ezula. Norton could not delete and would not quarantine.

I ran Windows AntiSpyware again and it did not detect
this Adware Ezula at all.

Any suggestions on how to get rid of Adware Ezula.
Followed instructions from Norton but they did not work.

Several ways of doing this.
1- Try to go to the location manually and delete it
2- Go Into Safe Mode and try and delete
3-Use another OS another verison of XP, etc. and then delete file.

You may have just a remnant of some previous infection which one product
doesn't view as a problem.

You could get a third opinion from Trend Micro:

http://housecall.trendmicro.com

Their online antivirus scanner also can be told to scan for spyware, and
removes what it detects.

I use a few different Spy Checkers such as Pest Patrol,
Webroot Spy Sweeper, Ad Aware SE, Spybot S+d, Spy Doctor,
and SpyBouncer. These run at different times seem to keep
my system very clear of spyware "Gunk". Pest Patrol
always picks up Ezula and along with the others most
Spyware seems to be controlled. However they all seem to
pick up some that others miss.

I know it seems a little paranoid running so many but it
does the trick for me.
