I have a random problem when trying to forward an Adobe (reader only) file
when using the "Globe" or "send email" function from inside Adobe.
I pick my file, open it up, click the "globe" so that it automatically
attaches that file to the email I am sending. I can fill in the "to",
"subject", and even the body; when I get to hit "send", I (again, randomly)
have the problem. It will erase the body of the message, leaving everything
else, and will freeze up Outlook. I then have to start over by going into
Task Manager and closing and restarting Outlook, then by attaching the same
file from inside a new email.
I never have the same problem when going in through Outlook and attaching
the file from a new email.
Anyone have any insight? This is all random; sometimes I can get through a
whole day of attachments with out issues, other days, it's a continuous
problem or even random throughout the day.
Thanks.
