Adjust Scrollbar?

When I click on the PgUp or PgDn part of a vertical scrollbar in any window on my machine, the window scrolls at least 2 screens, instead of just one. How do I adjust this? When I click the PgDn part of the scrollbar, I want the window to only scroll one screen at the most

Hi RickAn,

It's a known problem with Windows Update KB824145. For now, the only fix is
to remove it. To do so, copy/paste the below into a start/run prompt and
click "ok":

c:\windows\ieuninst /q c:\windows\inf\q824145.inf

Hopefully, the error will be fixed soon and you can reinstall this security
update.
