Address Book

I have a Contacts folder in my Outlook address book which stores all my email
addresses. I wish to import some specific email addresses from Access and
store them in a seperate folder, so that I can Bulk email. How do I achieve
this?

Thanks for any help

Import the contacts into your contacts folder (sorry - there is no such beast as an Outlook Address Book - it is simply a virtual view of all of your contacts with valid electronic addresses.)

Once imported, made a sub folder and copy or move them there, as is your preference.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.

After furious head scratching, Roger Bell asked:
