Add voice "You've got mail"

Would you please add (voice) "You've got mail" for all incoming mail?
If you can't do this, how can I create my own program to do this?

One more thing: More GB is needed in sending pictures.

You can create rules to play any music or sound file on your computer and for
specific e-mails and from specific senders, you can be as specific or general
as you want.

For more GB, you may need to contact your system administrator and the
recipients.

all you need is a wav file that says 'you've got mail' (and if you have AOL
installed you have their wav file) and set it as the new mail sound in
control panel sounds.

Not sure what you mean by 'more gb' - if you mean gigabytes, only the local
file size is under outlook's control.
