Exclude Junk mail from Out of Office Messages

Do not send Out of office Replies to junk mail. Apply the junk mail filter
and blocked senders rules BEFORE the Out of Office Message replies are
generated.

This is not done at the client (Outlook) level but on the Exchange level as
Outlook doesn't send out the Out of Office Messages but Exchange does. If
Exchange has a Junk E-mail Filter filter installed you would get expected
results.
