Add Remove Programs

I have Administrtor rights on my username. Why are all
the 'Change' and 'Remove' buttons grayed out when I try to
use Add/Remove Programs. I cannot select any programs to
change or remove. Thanks.

If you log into the system with the default Administrator account do you see
the same issue?

Yes, the default Administrator account does the same
thing. I get an error message:
"An unexpected error occurred.
Class not registered
res://appwiz.cpl/listbox.htc
Line:225"

I have gone through the MS Article 266668 suggestions. The
appwiz completes successfully and it looks like all the
proper keys are in the registry.

I have also tried removing this computer from the domain
and re-establishing it to reset the trust relationship. I
have installed the newest IE6 program. I have tried doing
an in-place upgrade, however I am at SP3 on the computer
and the disk I have is only SP2 so it will not do the
upgrade using my disk. Suggestions? Appreciate the help.
