Help - Can NOT Remove programs

I am trying to remove a program from my computer. I go to
Control Panel....then Add/Remove Program....scroll through
my list of programs and hi-lite the one I want to delete.
The CHANGE and REMOVE buttons are gray'd out.

I use to be able to remove programs this way....maybe one
of my kids did something.

Any recommendations on how to get this feature back so I
can remove a program?

You need administration rights on the computer to remove some programs. Do
you have them?
