Add/Remove Programs Problem

Sorry for posting this below with a blank subject. I'm surprised Outlook
Express allowed me to do this.

I'm really not sure what caused this, but my add/remove programs control
panel has this black section in the middle of the list that scrolls a long
way, and then the list continues at the bottom. It's weird because you
scroll and further down the black area changes to black, white and brown
vertical stripes. Scroll further and it goes back to black, then finally the
list of programs continue. I have installed SP2, but I don't think that
caused it because I have removed things since then without problems. I have
a screenshot of the problem
