Windows Vista Add/Remove Programs in Vista

Where on Vista is the Add/Remove Programs icon as i cant find it!!

Start>contol panel>comes under PROGRAMS;)

Must admit i have found that MS do seemed to have moved things around with Vista compared to XP.
Must get my head around Vista before Widows 7 is released fully later in 2009!
