add colour to subject line in mail sent out

I wish to add colour to the subject line on all mail that I send out so that
when it arrives at it's destination it arrives in say pink for instance - how
is this done? I have office 2003 windows XP.

that is impossible as the subject field is plain text. The recipient would
need to create a view that colored the line.
