I re-installed Windows on my computer and I no longer have access to change
the priority for or end System processes. I used to be able to but I can't
figure out how to change the access. I am set as administrator with read,
write, and Full Control access. Can anyone tell me how to configure my XP
Home to allow me to change the priority on System processes in the Task
Manager??

What happen when you select a Running Process and Right click do you get the
Option for Priority to be set or you can Highlight the Process and click
Option.

Yes, I get the option when I right-click running process (only System
processes, regular ones i can end/change priority), but it says "access
denied" for the system processes.

So what process you got the access denied for and what you want to make
priority and in what order?.
