Access was denied trying to move mail to personal folder

I have been moving E-Mails from my exchange server to a personal folder on my
hard drive. Now when I try to do it I get the following: Can't move the
items. The item could not be moved. It was either already moved or deleted,
or access was denied. If I move an item from the personal folder to my inbox
then try to move it back to the personal folder I get the same results.

What version of Outlook? If the version is Outlook 2002 or lower, what is the
size of the PST?
