Access Developers Toolkit 2.0 and windows XP question

This is a question about running an access 2.0 run time
program on windows XP.
I created a set of install disks, on MS windows for
workgroups 3.11, for an access 2.0 program, using Access
Developers Toolkit 2.0. When I went to install these
disks on a windows XP PC, the setup program just hung.
Questions: Will access 2.0 programs run on windows XP?
If Yes, Is there some component of window XP that is
required that I may not have installed on my PC?
If yes, What is it? Where do I get it? How do I install
it?

Microsoft support for Access 2.0 stopped quite some time
ago so if you won't find any component updates (*if
required*) so that Access 2.0 can run in Windows XP.

OTOH, previous posts indicated that Access 2.0 (full-
version) works fine in WindowsXP. I am not sure of the
run-time version though.
