Access Denied

I am trying to install Pinnacle Studio 8. It cannot
create any folders in the c:\documents and settings\all
users\documents folder but I can create folders in all
other folders.

The install fails b/c of the access denied message.

I have done a complete check for viruses and patched the
system. What else can I check?
