Access 2003 Secuirty warning

When I open an Access database I get a SECURITY WARNING
which says "This file may not be safe if it contains code
that was intended to harm your computer. Do you wan to
open this file or cancel the operation?" Your options are
CANCEL, OPEN or MORE INFO. If you choose more info - the
help file tells you set your security options to LOW to
prevent the warning by going to TOOLS, MACRO, SECURITY. I
have Access 2003 on two different computers and one
computer used to display the security warning and I
followed the instructions and supressed the warning. On
the other computer there is no SECURITY tab under TOOLS,
MACRO. Your only options are VISUAL BASIC EDITOR, RUN
MACRO, or a grayed out CONVERT MACRO TO VISUAL BASIC.
There is nothing under the SECURITY option either. Both
computers are running Windows XP and configured
similarly - Why doesn't the second machine have the
options to change the security setting?

I have the same problem with the security setting, there
is NO Security option in the Tools, Macros menu. Can
anyone help with this? I need to change that setting!

You need to reset the menubar in customize.
