"ABOUT WINDOWS" Popup at startup

Hi all
i am running xp media edition sp3 since sp3 install i now get a popup window
at start up called "About Windows" how do i stop it

notice the check box in the lower left hand corner, remove the check, that
says show this at startup

Thanks for reply but only thing in window is end user licence link and an ok
button which closes popup. can i attach pic of window so you can see, if so
how

Are you sure this doesn't have to do with Office:

You must accept the Office End User License Agreement every time that you
start an Office program: http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=884202

Hi All
think i might have found the culprit, a file called winver.exe which was
running at startup. de checked it in registry and looks good no popup
