Able to re-install but keeps comming up with the 4 install questio

I had to reinstall MS Anti-spyware and now it keeps comming up with the
questions instead of the program when i start ms anti-spyware.
And after answering the questions yet again i need to switch the automatic
update back on.
This happens all th time now.
Uninstall / Install has no effect ... still does the same thing

I tried 'ENGEL's response to Emmanuel (4 th in thread of "Subject:
Microsoft Anti Spyware minimised to system tray automatic @ Startu" )

that did the trick

did it slightly different though
left all the re-boot in safemode and restart things out
no need for that after you uninstall MSAS

but the filenames were helpfull
