I built a new system using the parts listed below. I have been able to
get it to boot only the first couple of times. Since then, I only get a
black screen and a series of continuous long beeps. I have emailed Asus
tech support multiple times, with no replies so far. I have switched
out the power supply, case, CPU, video, RAM, etc., all with the exact
same results. I cannot get it to boot up to even try to load Windows,
flash the BIOS, change settings, etc. I have reset the BIOS several
times. I even tried putting electrical tape on the mounting studs to
totally isolate the board from the case. I have run out of things to
try. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you are clearing the bios - are you unplugging the power cord ?

Sounds like a RAM issue. You stated you've tried different RAM sticks
but have you tried it in different slots?

To be honest, I've tried so many things, I'm not sure. It's an easy
thing to try again, just in case.
