Hi:
I tried to install a new software; however It's not running and a error
message asks for a dll (MSVCP71.dll and also MSVCR71.dll)...

I formated my PC (and also a Laptop) with the restauration CD, and the same
problem arose (I am using Windows XP).

Shouldn't those dlls have been installed with the restauration CD?
or...Should the new software have installed them?

What do I do now? Is it possible to download those dll libraries from
Microsoft?

PS. I also tried installing the Visual Studio, but I cannot find the
MSVCP71.DLL (by the way, there is a MSVCP60.dll in the C:\Windows\System32
folder, but no 71)
