A selected site address changes to porn site

Often when I select a site by clicking on the link, it will show the site
address for a few seconds and then change to "66.230.167.99/?filter=23" and
then go to a random porn site.

I've tried clearing cookies, history, and ActiveX controls, ran Regedit and
haven't been able to clear this problem.

Any ideas?

Thanks.
