98 to XP and Upgrade Office 2000 ti XP Stds

I have updraded to XP and when opening Word- Excel-
Outlook express it calls for me to insert Sr-1 disk with
data1.msi. All I have is a Service Pack 2 with Sr 1 and
SR2 on it but no data1.msi. I have tried loading
data1.msi from original Office 2000 in a seperate file
and that does not cut it. Any Suggestions.....
