2nd try - Picture-It Express 2000 & Replication of Microsoft prod

I have a problem with the usability of the new Photo Editor(Digital Image
Starter), as it is LESS useful than my original PictureIt Express 2000.
My editing needs are fairly simple, and I just wish to cut & paste and
resize music sheets (photo's) that I own and use internal paint program that
was in the Express2000.
The new trial software does not allow me to do that operation without
re-purchasing the new software, and I cannot understand that once having
paid for Picture It Express, that I should have to repurchase a new programme
to do the same thing!
I cannot even re-install my PictureIt Express 2000 as it requires an older
version of the IE browser, and I am up to using IE7.
Any ideas? :(

Cut and paste should not be a problem in the
2006 Starter edition...if you describe exactly
what you are doing someone may offer some
instructions.

As for purchasing the new version...MS has
released a new version every year since your
2000 version was released and each version
must be purchased...there are no upgrade
versions that add new content to an existing
version.

Since you are running a Beta version of IE 7...
I suspect that is why you cannot install PI2000.
I have it installed on my WinXP Pro SP2 IE6
machine and it runs flawlessly.
