200GB HDD not recognised by W2K SP4

Hi,

I have just installed a new 200GB Seagate hard drive on Windows 2000
Server SP4. My BIOS recognises the 200GB, but Windows does not even
know the drive is there - it doesn't show up in the Logical Drives
under Computer Management.

I have read the support article below and have added the registry
setting for EnableBigLba.

Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong?

Drives show up under Disk Managment.

No they don't. They show up under Disk ManagEment.
