2000 vs 2003

Hi,
I have been using windows 2000 professional as my workstation for web
development? If I were to migrate to Windows 2003, what would be my choice
as far as workstation goes? (main concern is IIS 5 vs IIS 6.)

The Windows Server 2003 products are all server based operating systems.
All include IIS 6.
