2000 to xp home

want to change operating systemsfrom 2000 pro to xp home
how do i do this as xp will not overwrite 2000 pro and
cant seem to uninstall 2000 pro either

Since you cannot upgrade Win2000pro to Windows Xp home
what you can do isto to install windows xp home in a new directory
you will loose all your programs but the files will remain their
