Up grade 2000 pro to xp pro

Which version of xp pro do I need to upgrade from 2000 pro? I am sure oem
won't work but will full install work or do I need the upgrade version?

According to that, it has to be the upgrade version and not a regular retail
version or is there any difference?

I am trying to upgrade to xp from 2000 pro also.
I find a lot of talk but no action, no solutions.
Did the microsoft systems engineer help and
give you a site to uplaod xp?
Would'nt it be nice if they would not send you to some
other site that has nothing to do with your question?!
I would not be against paying someone for the software
upgrade. Thanks and please reply
