200 GB disk - installing win2k professional and Fedora core 2

Hello,
I had poster before in this forum a question regarding
installtion of windows and fedora on a 200 GB disk.

My intetntion is to install dual boot system , windows on 130G
size, and that the rest will be Linux.

After reading the answers to my post , I did the following:
I started the windows 2000 professional installtaion process.

when I reach the partioining part, it says that there
is only 130 GB free area on disk;I continue and finished the insatllation.

Later on I started installing Fedora : it recognizes the partitioned
space of 130 GB to win2k, and also a part of about 70 GB as unpartutioned.
So I installed fedora there.

After installation , the grub boot loader took place as the boot loader
(this is the default in fedora installation).

So after reboot, if I choose Fedora - everythink is OK.

But when I choose windows - alas - I get windows
start to boot, and I get (consistently) to the Blues Screen Of Death ,
with the following message:

STOP: 0x0000007B Inaccessible Boot Device...

I googled the net ; In microsoft support there are some articles
but it did not help much.

any idea?

regards,
John

Hello,
Thanks,Steve.
Follwoing your answer I had read this KB article.

I am not sure that this is the problem , but I will try;
I did not mentioned that after installing win2k, and befor installing
Fedora , I rebooted and loaded successfully win2k several times.

Anyway , if I will succeed in rebooting from win2k installation CD
(in repair mode) , and I am not sure at all this is possible,
I will try to act according to the article.

regards,
John
