2 BT Vision Boxes

I have obtained a 2nd BT Vision Box which I am wanting to use in an upstairs bedroom.

I do not have at this time a set of Powerline adapters, but was wondering if i could use my spare BT Home hub or a Wireless access point, instead of the powerline adapters.

In theory connecting wirelessly with the BT Home Hub in my Study.

Any ideas
