zweiten Monitor an meinen Laptop

Ich habe bei meinem Laptop einen Ausgang zum Anschluß eines zweiten
Monitors. Das wollte ich jetzt versuchen, aber es funktioniert nicht.
Muß im System was umgestellt werden, um den Betrieb auf 2 Monitore
gleichzeitig, zu ermöglichen ?

another driver installed to drive an external monitor?
