zoo tycoon complete collection

I just brought the complete collection of zoo tycoon, and Ive had to
reinstall it each time I want to play this game, is this normal? ( havnt
brought game before) also when I try to play game it goes to loading then
stops and goes back to my main desktop page as if nothing has happened.??
went to zoo tycoon web page for problems and it suggested I download a tool
to help run programe, did this but game still will not start.

You should only need to install the game once.
What is your graphics card / pc if it hasnt been altered and can be found on
the web.

Not normal.

Need system specs, vista version, etc.

After installing the game do you get gameplay icons either in Games
Explorer or in the start menu under all programs?

How are you starting the game each time? from an icon? from the CD
autoplay?

Once you install both discs, you need to start the game using the expansion
disk. If you start the game with the original Zoo Tycoon game disc, the
issue happens there.
