zonealarm mailsafe in outlook 2007

Hi,

I have just upgraded to the new version of Zonealarm, which I have used for
years. I wish to turn off the mailsafe functionality, but when I disable it
in Zonealarm it still puts the addin in Outlook. When I try to delete the
addin Outlook crashes - any help would be appreciated

Remove it in what way?
See if you can uninstall it completely in the ZoneAlarm setup.

Here is a short and quick answer for you. Many are having the same problem and removing the new version and rolling back to any previous version will correct this issue among with a few others both in OL and OE

The new release of the updated free version of ZA(7.0.337) is playing havoc in OE and OL with their MailFroniter module .
There is no way to deselect not to install this module. ZA is now creating more problems then it is supposed to avert.

Many decided to stay with the version 5 releases of ZA which is still the most reliable and trouble free and I agree completely

Is it MailSafe (ZA Pro) or MailFrontier (ZA free, ZAISS)? MailSafe can
be disabled from within ZAP, MailFrontier must be uninstalled from
C:\Program Files\Zone Labs\ZoneAlarm\MailFrontier\UNWISE.EXE; when
prompted, use the *.LOG file in that same folder.
