I used to run V2.6.x until the recent upsurge in port 135 traffic
brought ZA to a standstill. So I upgraded to the latest version - and
ended up with BSODs and crashes.
Decided it was time to look elsewhere, and tried Outpost again. Seems
there's a still an issue ( for me, at least ) with it slowing down the
mouse cursor when navigating the web - and it quadrupled the shutdown
time on my 266 laptop.
I'm using Sygate ( 5.5 ) now, and thus far I'm really pleased with it.
It's just as easy to configure as ZA, and it has some more advanced
capabilities if you wish to use them.
