Zone Alarm Integrity agent

I have a laptop user
after we install zone alarm
he can't see any web pages.
is this s MS or Zone alarm issue?

The first thing I'd try is closing down ZoneAlarm from the tray and see if this works. If so, then it has something to do with ZoneAlarm.
