I don't have an answer at all but perhaps "saving in zipped files" is
referring to doing a "Save As" then finding the zip file to save file into...
In which case, I'm also interested to know the answer...

No, it zips also. Right-click in any folder, select New > Compressed
(zipped) Folder, then drag your files into it.

I suspect the OP may be trying to save files in a zipped folder from Word.
Is that possible?
