ZIP Folder Extract All

I have XP Home+Sp2 & when I create a ZIP Folder by Right Click on a file &
select "Send To > Compressed (zipped) Folder it creates OK BUT when I Right
Click on the ZIP Folder & select "Extract All" is gives a windows with
"password needed" ?

I see it uses explorer.exe & I have replaced it but same fault.
So is there a Registry entry I can alter so I don't get "password needed".?
Works OK on Downloaded .zip files/Folders.

No Password used if I did I would have used it.?

Thanks for the reply, but that wasn't my point. Was the 'file' protected,
not the zip file. Either way, will check more into this for you.

Dont know how to protect the original file , only the zip file.
Run a password checker on the zip file & says not proceted. ?
