Yuan (XpertVision) ATI cards

Hi,

Has anyone had any experience with Yuan (XpertVision) ATI cards? They
are quite cheap here compared to others, e.g. GeXcube and PowerColor
but have 2.8ns RAM and run at least at stock speeds (I think). Just
wondering whether there is any particularly wrong with them, e.g. poor
QC, bad design, using the dud cards no one else wants or there isn't
anything particularly wrong and perhaps they're just an unknown
Taiwanese brand with poor CS so they need to compete on price.
