- I have completed an upgrade from XP Pro to Vista Business.Outlook 2003 will not open and states the above message.Retry - no resultCancel - Outlook 2003 closesSo I went to Control Panel, Mail, Email accounts and the same message was displayed.Outlook 2003 worked perfectly in XP Pro but now I can't find a way in.Please helpMax
