Last weekend I was in Scotland at a Wedding, and the bar in the hotel served its own brewed drinks. After a talk with the guy behind the bar it turns out all pubs used to brew their own stuff - but now most pubs are owned by big breweries... (wasn't too keen on their Ales I must admit!)

Anyway... whats your favourite tipple and why?

I'm quite keen on a nice whisky, but a pint of John Smiths goes down nicely at the pub :)

They sell Spitfire and London Pride at The Cutty Sark, but not all the time, when the barrel runs out ya gotta wait a few days. Hand-pumped as well.

I quite like Spitfire, but my favourite drinks are:

Draught Guinness

Most red wines

Bottles of Sols, with a slice of lime

A very occasional quality Cognac

Orangina

Perrier

Quite like them Oasis drinks but really they only fancy packaged fruit squashes, ain't they?

And in the morning, two cups of strong, dark, almost black, coffee.

Lol...

I got a reputation at work as "the one who`ll drink anything" I (seriously) have no idea how THAT started. I`m prob bein upstaged by all the young `uns...

Anyway.... Stella, JD an coke, Corona, Coors light, Southern Comfort, Deuchars, McEwans IPA etc etc.
Desparado is drinkable and I dont mind a single malt every now and then :)

Why thankyou kind sir ;) I guess your long list of favourites justifies your sub-title!

To be honest, I don't really drink much alcohol though! When I do, it's because I like the taste of certain things :D
