Your Computer might be at risk - getting rid of baloon?

This annoying Windows alert 'Your Computer might be at risk' started
appearing on start of desktop after installation of XP SP2, I tried
disabling alerts but no joy - anyone know the fix for this - apart
from turning auto-updates on of course! TIA

Sorry - found the answer to my own Question - Disable Security Center!
