You might not have permission to use this network resource.

When trying to connect in to a remote computer on our network, I get the
message:
"You might not have permission to use this network resource. The trust
relationship between this workstation and the primary domain failed."

I rebooted the remote computer, which is running Windows XP Professional,
and when the logon screen comes up, I'm not able to logon to our domain using
the ctrl alt del logon. So now, the remote user can't even logon to his PC!
I can't think of any this that has changed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!

You need to remove and re-add the computer to the domain. The trust between
the domain and the computer has failed and this is the only way to fix it.
You'll need a network admin to help you with this so don't try it unless you
know the local Admin password on that PC.
