You have the 32-bit version of Windows.

Wondering if you have the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Windows?

You have the 32-bit because if you had the 64-bit version you would know it.
But if you want to check for sure:

Start > Run > type in "regedit" - no quotes > hit Enter

Navigate to this key by expanding the appropriate nodes:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Session
Manager\Environment\PROCESSOR_ARCHITECTURE

if the value is x86 then you are running 32-bit.

I'm running Windows 95 what bit version do I have?

You can but, it runs 32-bit software yet thunks to 16-bits. If you were to
apply a patch for it and had a choice between 16-bit Windows and 32-bit
Windows you'd probably be better off using the 32-bit Windows patch.

Don't confuse the man. Win95 is primarily a 32 bit system, even if it
does make use of some odd bits of 16 bit code.
