You Cannot Switch E-mail Message Formats Between HTML and Rich Text Format

So I did New | Mail Message | Format | nothing. This article says, "On
the
Format menu of an e-mail message, you can choose options that let you
switch
between e-mail message formats."

Uhh I don't think so.

Is there a correct way to do this starting where Word 2000 is being used
as
the editor for HTML mail?

You may have to switch to Plain Text first; then to Rich Text.
